Refunds for services rendered by Threemmaven Marketing Innovation Private Limited are not typically provided due to the nature of digital marketing services, which require time, effort, and resources. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the services outlined in your service agreement, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of services.
• Duplicate Payment: In the event of a duplicate payment, we will refund the excess amount.

2.2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Setup fees
• Custom design services once work has commenced
• Monthly retainers for digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media management) once the month has started
• Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., advertising fees, software subscriptions)

2.3. Eligibility for Refunds

To request a refund, you must submit a formal request in writing to info@threemmaven.com within 7 days of the issue. Your request should include:

• Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Project-Based Services

For project-based services (e.g., website development, content creation), you may cancel the service at any time by providing written notice to info@threemmaven.com. However, refunds will not be issued for work that has already been completed. If the cancellation occurs before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the payment terms in your service agreement.

3.2. Ongoing Services (Retainers)

For ongoing services, such as monthly SEO or social media management retainers, you may cancel the service by providing 30 days’ written notice. Services will continue to be provided through the end of the 30-day period. No refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to cancellation.

4. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement with immediate effect under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms outlined in the service agreement
• Failure to make timely payments
• Misuse of services, fraudulent activities, or unlawful behavior

In the event of termination by us, any outstanding payments for services already rendered will still be due, and refunds will not be issued for unused services unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
